If you don't want to feel left out, we strongly recommend ordering the hearty Kouki! This is a multi-course meal where you can enjoy real snow crab in a variety of dishes.We use plenty of meat from the first leg of real snow crab (the meatiest part)! All the crabs we use in our restaurant are genuine large snow crabs (Valdai species), which are 10% more expensive and rare than the commonly sold Opilio species. They are thicker and more satisfying to eat, and have a strong, unique sweetness to them.

2nd dish: Snow crab shell miso

7th dish: Steamed snow crab

Steaming the crab in a steamer locks in the flavor and gives it a plump texture.

Paired with our homemade sanbai vinegar, it has a light taste and keeps your appetite going for the next dish.

8th dish [Grilled snow crab with 1 whole leg meat and claws]

It is first cooked and then grilled, which takes time and effort to prepare before being served.

The carefully selected snow crab is very juicy when grilled.Please try it for yourself.

9th dish: Crab rice porridge

A special broth is used to bring out the delicious flavor of the crab, and the rice is rinsed with water to remove the stickiness, and then hand-shredded crab meat is sprinkled on top to finish.
