This is a hot pot course with crab sukiyaki as the main dish.This is a hearty course that includes snow crab shabu-shabu as the main dish, as well as sashimi, crab tempura, and more.

1st dish [Assortment of 5 appetizers]
Crab jelly
Tofu kneaded with crab miso
Kasumi crab miso with crab meat

2nd dish [Assorted Snow Crab Sashimi]
The crab meat is removed from the shell to make it easier to eat.Enjoy the melting sweetness.
There is also an assortment of freshly caught fish.
3rd dish [Assorted genuine snow crab tempura]
The first leg meat of a 4L-sized snow crab (total length approx. 26 cm) has been generously prepared into tempura.
The bouncy texture and sweetness are amazing.
4th dish [Main dish: Snow crab sukiyaki hotpot]
The shells of the Baldai snow crabs, which are caught in the Sea of Okhotsk and are known for their rich sweetness, are carefully removed to make them easier to eat.

5th dish: Crab rice porridge
A special broth is used that brings out the delicious flavor of the crab, and the rice is rinsed with water to remove the stickiness, and then hand-shredded crab meat is sprinkled on top to finish.
