2nd item [Assorted snow crab sashimi]

The crab meat is removed from its shell to make it easier to eat.Please enjoy the melting sweetness.

We also have an assortment of fresh fish sashimi.

3 items [Assorted snow crab tempura]

The first leg meat of a 4L size snow crab (total length approximately 26 cm) is made into tempura.

The chewy texture and sweetness are the best.

4 items [Main dish Honzuwai crab hot pot]

We carefully shave the Valdai snow crab, which is caught in the Sea of Okhotsk and has a rich sweet taste, to make it easier to eat.

Enjoy the plump texture and sweetness.

5 items [Crab rice porridge]
