We use 3-4L (medium to large) genuine snow crabs.You can enjoy real snow crab in a variety of dishes, such as sashimi, butter-fried, and tempura.*All of the crabs we use in our restaurant are genuine large snow crabs (Baldai species), which are 10% of the most expensive and rare on the market. Compared to the commonly available Opilio species, these crabs are thicker and more satisfying to eat, and have a strong, sweet flavor that is unique to crabs.

1st dish [Assortment of 5 appetizers]

Five types of crab appetizers: Crab shomai.Examples include stewed crab meat.

2nd dish: Snow crab sashimi

The crab meat is removed from the shell to make it easier to eat.Enjoy the melting sweetness.

3rd dish: [Snow crab hotpot for one person]

This is a mini crab hotpot for one person.The vegetables are simmered in a special soup stock that has already extracted the crab's flavor, making them even more delicious.The crab meat is also easy to eat.

4th dish: Butter-grilled snow crab

Crab and butter go well together, and when grilled on a ceramic plate, the aroma that whets the appetite spreads.Our homemade blend of salt and pepper brings out the flavor of the crab.

5th dish: [Assorted snow crab tempura]

The first leg meat of a 3-4L size snow crab (total length approx. 28cm) is made into a hearty tempura dish.The bouncy texture and sweetness are amazing.

6th dish: Steamed snow crab

Steaming the crab in a steamer locks in the flavor and gives it a plump texture.Paired with our homemade sanbai vinegar, it has a light taste and keeps your appetite going for the next dish.

7th dish: Crab rice porridge

A special broth is used to bring out the delicious flavor of the crab, and the rice is rinsed with water to remove the stickiness, and then hand-shredded crab meat is sprinkled on top to finish.It's exquisite!

8th item: [Raw chocolate matcha ice cream]

When you think of Uji, you think of matcha.Kaniman, located near Uji, which is famous for its matcha, serves matcha-flavored raw chocolate ice cream for dessert.Enjoy the high quality and rich taste.
